The Lucilu Shuttle 6 is a highly efficient LED lighting for growing plants which will bring joy both to you and your plants. Components used in the lighting were made by the leading manufacturers such as OSRAM or LUMILED. The light spectrum is suitable both for growing cuttings and planting.
It is also possible to remove modules during operation for cleaning the 40-Watt modules or when replacing them with a different light spectrum. Intelligent power driver automatically adjusts the power output to the number of modules. For example, this allows you to use lighting even with just three functional modules. In order to create optimum conditions both for the lighting and for your plants, we recommend that you let a weak air stream blow on the heatsinks, for example by using a fan. by doing so, heatsink temperature will decrease by up to 15°C.
Safety instructions:
Do not use the lights outdoors or expose them to excessive humidity. Ambient temperatures between 17 to 23°C are ideal for operation of the lights, avoid temperatures above 28°C as your plants will stop growing at 30-32°C. In principle, it holds that: the higher the operating temperature of electronic components, the shorter their lifespan.
Do not look directly into the light of led lightbulbs, protect your eyes by wearing suitable eye protection! In case you are going to use our UV FAR Red modules, even partially, you need to wear eye protection against UV!
The optimum distance to the tip of the plant in the flowering phase is approx. 20 cm. For an area of 120 x 120 cm it is recommended to place two Lucilu Shuttle 6 LED grow lights.
Maintenance:
Disconnect the power supply to the lights before performing maintenance! Check and clean the modules every six months. Clean the polycarbonate led lightbulb lining using only damp cotton cloth or microfiber cloth. Never use cleaners based on solvents! Otherwise, the lights require no maintenance.
