TotalGrow Far Red Lullaby lights specifically target the absorption peaks of Phytochrome Pfr to speed up this process, reducing the 12-hour dark requirement and allowing more daily light accumulation and growth.

Exact dark requirements vary by crop and environment, but can typically add 1 hour of growing time per day to 13 hours per day/11 hours of the night.
